
During the initial three months of 2026, Ukraine shipped over 40,000 tonnes of organic goods.
As reported by Organic Standard on Facebook, the most recent figures for exporters indicate that sales to international markets continue to be a primary focus and demonstrate consistent upward movement.
The organization highlighted that March proved to be the busiest month of the quarter, with quantities surpassing 15,400 tonnes.
To provide context, the export quantities in the first quarter of preceding years were as follows:
- 2020 — 30.6 thousand tonnes;
- 2021 — 22.6 thousand tonnes;
- 2022 — 29 thousand tonnes;
- 2023 — 37.1 thousand tonnes;
- 2024 — 36.4 thousand tonnes;
- 2025 — 39.4 thousand tonnes.
The company reminded that, based on the outcomes of 2024, Ukraine secured a spot among the top three providers of organic products to the European Union.
«Considering the present trends, we are well-positioned to retain our prominent standing in 2026 as well,» stated Organic Standard.
